• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Scrape, harvest or mass-download content for republication
• Introduce viruses, malware or any other malicious code
• Use automated means to interfere with site availability

03Your Position

Your Position on this site is a self-assessment tool that places your situation on a 2×2 matrix based on your own answers. It is intended as a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for the formal Verify assessment or any commercial recommendation.

Results are generated entirely in your browser and are not transmitted to us unless you choose to share them when contacting us.

04Our content and IP

The site, its text, design, layout, graphics, logos and other content are owned by Interact or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your personal or internal business use, with the source acknowledged.

Any use of our content for commercial republication, training of AI models, or any purpose beyond personal or internal review, requires our prior written permission.

05Content you submit

If you submit content to us, through the contact form, by email, or in any other way, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of responding to and handling your enquiry.

06Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Linking is not endorsement.

07No warranty

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Specific commercial assurances apply only to Verify and Advisory engagements, under their own contracts.

08Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site.

09Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10Changes

We update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will move when we do. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
