Interact has been awarded an EcoVadis Bronze medal, with an overall score of 82%.
EcoVadis is one of the most widely recognised independent providers of business sustainability ratings. Its assessment is evidence-based: a company submits documentation, and EcoVadis scores it against four themes, benchmarked against others in the same industry and size band.
What EcoVadis assessed
The rating covers four dimensions:
- Environment — the environmental impact of our operations and how we manage it
- Labour and human rights — how we treat and support the people who work here
- Ethics — governance, transparency and responsible business conduct
- Sustainable procurement — how sustainability factors into what we buy and who we work with
Why it matters
For a company whose product is measured, auditable evidence, our own credentials should meet the same standard. EcoVadis is an external, independent check on how Interact runs, not a claim we make about ourselves. It sits alongside our B Corp certification and our other credentials as third-party confirmation that the sustainability case runs through the business, not just the marketing.
