What we do.
Everything Interact does starts with measured data. Over nine years and 100,000s of benchmark runs across 500+ data centres, we have built the largest body of measured server-performance data in the category. We benchmark what hardware actually does under real workloads, and grade every configuration A+ to F in transactions per Watt against its real build on site. That dataset is the moat. It took years to build, and it is independently verified and standards aligned. The tooling, the recommendations and the track record all sit on top of it.

What we sell
Two routes. Interact Verify evidences a single procurement decision. Interact Advisory makes evidenced buying a permanent capability. Same dataset underneath, same authority, a different level of commitment. We sell no hardware and take no vendor commission.

Where we sit
We work at the buying decision: choosing and provisioning the right hardware in the first place, and optimising the spend through procurement and the data behind it. That is upstream of utilisation, the separate discipline of running existing hardware harder. Measured, every time.
What a Cool Vendor is
Gartner names a handful each year. You cannot apply for it.
Gartner identifies a small number of Cool Vendors annually: companies it judges to be solving a problem in a way no one else does. It is not the Magic Quadrant, where established players invest heavily to be ranked. A Cool Vendor is the opposite end of the telescope, recognition that the thing you do is genuinely novel. You cannot pay for it and you cannot apply. Gartner approaches you.
Interact was recognised for IT sustainability reporting and compliance: in Gartner's assessment, the measurement we produce was not available elsewhere. We do not take that lightly, and we try not to talk about it too loudly. It is the dataset, again, doing the work.
